Founded in Calgary in 1986 by Dianne Rawlinson as Vespucci, VSP draws on nearly four decades of experience in luxury consignment and designer resale. What began as a family-owned business has evolved with the changing retail landscape into one of Canada’s most recognized destinations for luxury fashion — shaped by trust, expertise, and a lasting understanding of clothing’s enduring value.

In 2013, Britt Rawlinson opened VSP in Toronto, quickly building a devoted following among collectsors, stylists, and clients both locally and internationally. Today, with locations in Toronto and Calgary, the business remains family-run and grounded in long-standing relationships with its consigners, customers, and broader community.

The store specializes in authenticated luxury and contemporary garments sourced directly from its community. Every piece is pre-owned, carefully evaluated, and selected for its condition, relevance, and enduring design integrity. Rather than following seasonal cycles, the inventory evolves organically as garments move from one owner to the next — extending the life of exceptional clothing through continued wear and exchange.

Widely recognized as a defining presence in Canadian resale, VSP has been featured in publications including Vogue, The Hollywood Reporter, Coveteur, and The Globe and Mail, and has become synonymous with high-end consignment in Canada.

Beyond editorial recognition, VSP has also become known for moments that extend beyond retail — most notably the 2019 online release of more than 800 pieces from the wardrobe of Schitt’s Creek, which sold out within a day, attracted international attention, and donated a portion of proceeds to GLSEN, an organization dedicated to creating safe and affirming environments for LGBTQ+ students in grades K–12.
